 Pat received his Real Estate license in August of 2002 after finishing college. He was the second highest producing agent for Realty World Connection between 2003 and 2006. In 2004 he was awarded the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Only 4% of all Realtors have this designation, yet CRS members were involved in nearly 25% of all residential real estate transactions in the United States this past year. Pat has also received the Salesmaster Award from the Realty World Northern California Region and is a member of the Sacramento Association Master's Club, which is comprised of the top 17% of agents in the Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado County regions based on sales volume.
Alison joined Pat in creating a team in early 2005 after receiving her real estate license in March of 2004. Previously Alison worked as the Operations Manager and head trainer for Re/Max of Auburn. She worked for Re/Max of Auburn for nearly eight years before deciding to join Pat. Alison recently finished her certification as an e-Pro, which is a certification issued by the National Association of Realtors certifying a high level of aptitude in real estate technology. Her experience in managing a high production office has allowed her to collect a vast amount of knowledge in real estate marketing, technology, law, and negotiations..
In April of 2007 Pat and Alison moved from Realty World Connection to RE/MAX Gold. They are both confident that the success that had with Realty World will continue with RE/MAX.

Personal Background
Pat has lived in the Sacramento area since 1985. Alison was born in Sacramento and raised in Applegate, just outside of Auburn. Real Estate was a natural choice as a career for both Pat and Alison after college, due to the fact that Pat?s mother and father are both in the business, along with his sister and multiple cousins, and Alison's mother has been a real estate broker since shortly after Alison was born. Real Estate is truly their family business. In his spare time Pat enjoys working out and following local sports teams, such as the Kings and Raiders. Alison enjoys singing, playing guitar, reading and working on her garden. In August of 2005 their first child Mia Angelina Hake was born. She is currently in training to be the next generation of the family business.
